Terms of Service1: We promise that all the items have been carefully checked and carefully hand-packed before shipment.
But if an item is received damaged, defective or incorrectly, we will consider returns or replacement on a case by case basis. In this case please notify us within 7 days, we will consider returns or replacement on a case by case basis, resend or refund the full payment
(Buyer need to responsible the return postage fee.)
2: Return or refund will have No restocking fees.
Refunds are based in the original purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return items should include the original packaging and accessories.
3:We are not responsible for the packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit ,insurance is optional.
Incorrect or defective item: No extra charge, we will replace them and pay return shipping charges.
Buyer is responsible for the postage cost of returned, The item must be return in good condition with original packaging and accessories, and never installed or mounted.. We are not responsible for any lose of the returning item.
4:Please contact us and obtain a return authorization from us before returning any item.
Please keep the Receipt accompanied with the returned item so that we could process the replacement/repair accordingly.
